FEATURED DOG:
Dolce Eigenfeld
Dolce has been coming to The Dawg Zone since April 17, 2007, she and her owner Rebecca have become delightful members of our family. Dolce is high energy and very social, she loves to play tug o’ war and fetch. This photo was taken when she was all dressed up for our Halloween open house in October 2007. Thank you to Rebecca and Dolce for making our first year so much fun.

Pumpkin Treats

1 ½ c. whole wheat flour
½ c. canned pumpkin
1 tbsp. brown sugar
½ tsp. ground cinnamon
½ tsp. ground nutmeg
4 tbsp. Crisco
1 egg
½ c. buttermilk

 Preheat oven to 400 deg.
Combine flour, cinnamon and nutmeg and cut in Crisco.
Beat egg with buttermilk and pumpkin.
Combine with flour mixture and stir until soft dough forms.
Drop by tablespoon on ungreased cookie sheet and bake for 12-15 mins.
Let cool.

Come get your dog looking fabulous for the holiday season. Grooming scheduled M-F and every other Saturday.
